Delivery Information
This page is dedicated to the delivery and collection procedures for products ordered from the official AJ Auxerre store.
Delivery area and times
- Area served: AJ Auxerre ships its products only within mainland France .
- Primary carrier: Delivery is handled by La Poste via the Colissimo Tracking service .
- Estimated delivery times: for small or medium-sized products, the delivery time is approximately 48 hours after dispatch. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order is handed over to the carrier. .
- Absence at the time of delivery: If you are not home when the postman attempts delivery, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox and you can collect your parcel from the indicated post office within 15 days. .
- In-store pickup: you can opt for free pickup at the Abbé Deschamps stadium store This option is available during order confirmation and allows you to avoid shipping costs.
Shipping costs and offers
- Free delivery on orders over €100: the shop covers the shipping costs for any order of €100 or more. .
- Shipping costs for orders under €100: shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of your order and are shown before payment confirmation.
Delivery tracking and incidents
- Package tracking: A Colissimo tracking number is sent by email. You can track your package online.
- Delays and loss: In case of delay or non-delivery compared to the scheduled date, contact customer service. AJA will then launch an investigation with La Poste; this investigation can take up to 21 days. If the package is found, it will be reshipped to you; otherwise, a replacement product or a refund will be offered. .
- Carrier's responsibility: AJ Auxerre declines all responsibility for additional delays caused by the carrier (loss, strike, etc.)
